Hand-Build Your Own Coffee Mug (Beginner Ceramics Workshop)

Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly ceramics workshop where you’ll learn hand-building techniques and make your very own coffee mug from scratch.

This 3-hour experience is perfect for first-time ceramic makers. You’ll shape your mug, add personal details, and decorate it using underglazes—no prior experience needed.

To keep the experience hands-on and personalized, this is a small-group class with a maximum of 4 participants. Each class runs 3ish hours, 5–8pm, but will sometimes go longer if artists are feeling adventurous :)

After the workshop, we’ll take care of the firing process for you. Your finished piece will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup approximately two weeks after your class. This gives your piece enough time to properly dry and cool.
