Refund policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return your item. Please note that you’re responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely and makes it back to us safely. Because of the nature of our products, we can’t issue refunds for items that arrive back to us damaged.
If your product arrives damaged, please email us at gracidaceramics@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging so we can help you resolve the issue.
